As Glasto is only a week away I've been getting into the festival spirit and brainstorming potential outfit ideas for festivals I'll be attending later on in the year. As some of you may already know, British festivals are almost a complete contrast to those that you see abroad *cough cough Coachella*. Try replacing your sandals with wellies and suncream with a large, puffa jacket (might be slightly exaggerating, you should probably take both. British weather n all). As I daydream of managing to afford T in the Park tickets, I can also daydream of the ideal outfits I could be wearing if I had more than £10 to my name. If I had the cash, this is what I would be wearing.

The more I see Gigi Hadid appear on my Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr feed, the more I fall for her casual, kinda basic, but VERY cool style. I'm basically just gonna make this blog post to fangirl about how much I fancy both her and her outfits. Y'all ready for this?
See what I mean? Effortlessly cool. UGH.
If I could afford £2000+ Versace bath robe I would 100% be rocking it while doing my food shop too.
The paper bag trousers. The neutral colour palette. It's a match made.
Just gonna stop leaving comments now - enjoy.

Last year, we had a brief encounter with the heeled mule - a backless shoe which the foot seems to slip seamlessly into (and out of - which could be both a bonus or a flaw). This summer, the flat version of the shoe has emerged into the wardrobes of bloggers and celebrities alike - maybe the slipper-like appearance is a deal-maker. Here's a wee collection of my faves.

Spring and summer is well and truly underway and I've been loving looking through how other people are rockin' the trends. Instead of sitting here in envy over these amazing outfits and crying into my empty purse, I'm going to put my energy into sharing my favourite looks with you. You are SO welcome.
This pic that Kendall just posted to her insta makes me jealous for two reasons. The first one being the private jet (@god pls hmu with one of those), and coming a close second is the vintage Hermès jacket. The bold colour scheme has me drooling over my keyboard.
Kendall Jenner back at it again with the 10/10 outfits (yes I am unashamed that I am including her twice within this post but she deserves it). I've recently gotten really into denim jackets and I've been researching different ways to wear them, and I think Kendall is killin' it by pairing it with an grungy oversized hoodie and leather trousers.
I will never not be obsessed with sportswear and I think Gigi Hadid is the kween of killin' these looks. I love the white x white x white combo while the gold in the jacket adds class and elegance to an athletic, casual-wear outfit.
This outfit summarises my style completely - especially the belt. I've been DIGGING bold belt buckles recently and although this outfit is all black - you really can't go wrong when you have a statement accessory to jazz it up.
The main part of this outfit that I want to discuss is the neckerchief which you can (just) see. I've been totally loving these right now and I've been wearing my blue one non stop. It adds a girly and interesting addition to an outfit, while keeping the price point low (if you purchase one from the high street - I've seen them in New Look and Topshop).

The title of this post sounds like I'm mourning the death of Hedi (although he is very much still alive), but that is almost what it feels like after hearing the news of his departure from Saint Laurent (might be a slight exaggeration there but I'm gonna go with it for dramatic effect). Saint Laurent changed my perspective of fashion and menswear in particular. Slimane's designs made me wish I was a guy, simply so I could look THAT cool in a pair of leather trousers and a button up shirt. Basically, Saint Laurent served me greatness season after season and it makes me very sad that the man that has inspired my own personal style is parting ways with such an incredible brand. It took me a few days to type up this post as since the news was released on April 1st, I wanted to believe that it was all a terrible April Fools prank. Unfortunately not, so instead I'm going to leave you with a collection of my favourite looks so we can all look back at his wonderful era together and appreciate what Hedi brought to the fashion industry.

Kanye West dropped his new album and clothing line last night in Madison Square Gardens. Although I'm waiting to listen to his new album later on tonight, I am able to quickly comment on the new designs from Yeezy Season 3 - which is definitely the boldest collection yet.
Yeezy has outstretched beyond his calm colour palette, introducing burnt reds, oranges and yellows - which I am totally a fan of. As well as colouring, he's involved patterns rather than the "blank canvas" effect that he has used in previous seasons. The collection looks autumnal, although still sticking to the classic neutral theme.
The whole collection still has a military-esque theme that has been continued through the seasons. The menswear still consists of the baggy, oversized jumpers and jackets whereas womenswear was skintight and looked almost naked. Aviator style jackets have been added which I think is a great expansion from previous collections and adds a new vibe which Seasons 1 and 2 lacked.
More texture has been added into Season 3 with the (minimal) use of fur and suede. Denim has also been shown through baggy dungarees - which I personally wouldn't expect to see in one of his collections, but it works.
Each season seems to be an expansion of one another. Slowly, but subtly, evolving into more dimensional garments and each collection takes its form even further. West is really showing what he can do as a designer (with a little help from Adidas) and I personally think he is killing it.

It's February, also known as "the do over month" (where you plan on starting your new year resolutions in January, fail, and decide to begin in February instead). I've recently been getting into visiting the gym in order to get my fitness back into shape, and I've been digging around for some sportswear pieces to help motivate me. These are some of my faves.
