So, I sorta want to come back to blogging for a bit, just to see how I get on. I'm not gonna commit myself, however I've felt a need to express myself further than just YouTube (which I'm struggling with ATM ngl, I'm hopefully gonna invest in a new camera soon but trying to edit with my audio and video being separate is very stressful and time consuming).

I thought that I would bring myself back with a little InstaG update of all the outfits that I've worn over the past few months. Only my fave pieces make it onto my Insta, so I guess that these can be classed as my "fashion faves" of S/S '15.

I had been eyeing up the Zara chained ankle boots for months, so when I found them for half price on sale in Malta it was difficult for me to not buy them. Now after purchasing them, I have noticed that some high street stores (including New Look) are selling their own interpretations of the original Givenchy style for A/W 2014. So for those who are finding it hard to find ways to style these stand out booties, here are 5 ways that you would find me wearing them. Hopefully this helps!

That time is approaching again whether we want it to or not, so it will be around the time that everyone who will be going back to school will be buying their "back to school" outfits and school supplies. Personally, I love this time of year - not for going back to school, but for buying new things that (I hope) will keep me more organised for the upcoming term, along with new outfits that I feel happy and comfortable in. Here is an insight into the things that I will be wearing/buying for Autumn/Winter which might give you some ideas as to what you can buy when you go back to school shopping. (My school dress code is black, white and smart-casual, so I've made this so that it will apply to my own dress code - although some items are more casual than smart.)

Something that I feel like every girl needs once in a while is a little bit of inspiration as to what to wear on a date. As well as wanting to feel comfortable, you will be wanting to feel confident in yourself as well as feeling that you are impressing your date. Here is just a lil bit of inspiration as to what I would wear in different scenarios to help you out if you need it.

1) THE DINNER

I think something minimalistic always looks great. I love this style of dress and how it gives the illusion of a two piece outfit - which is also very comfortable to wear. I paired the dress with a pair of black heels which I recently bought, and they are amazing. I always tend to opt to a shoe with a chunky heel as I believe they are more comfortable and easy to walk in. These shoes I love particularly for the ankle strap - no buckles, no loops, just Velcro. I thought the use of Velcro was very unique, makes the shoe look 1000000x better and adds some complexity to the outfit. 

2) THE "CASUAL"

Again, a return of the monochrome. I currently love all white outfits, so having the focal points of the outfit being white will draw in attention and will contrast from the shoes, jacket and hat. I personally love this outfit as it's edgy yet sophisticated, and I am eager to recreate it at some point.

(Just a lil side note - as of next Saturday I will be going to Spain for 10 days, which means I will be unable to post for the next two Sundays.
